You will always find the best booking conditions when booking direct and, for the time being, we have relaxed our cancellation policy. Deposit required at the time of booking will be the cost of your first night's stay. There will be no cancellation fee outside of seven days before your arrival. Once inside the 7-day window, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of your first night's stay. Once inside 48 hours before arrival the cancellation fee becomes the total amount of the booking). Sorry, we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
